This is our no placement no fee model. We charge 20% of the applicants annual salary as a fee. We only charge you once you have made an offer to one of our candidates, they have accepted, and start. We bill you on their start day and the fee is due 10 days from invoice.

This service comes with a 100 day guarantee. Should the candidate not work out for any reason other than redundancy or sale of the business within the first 100 days of their employment, we will replace them at no charge.
